Description

Bladderwrack is a type of “brown” sea vegetable rich in minerals, vitamins, iodine, and bioactive compounds such as fucoidan, Bladderwrack also contains both soluble and insoluble fiber and protein. The iodine content is substantial but more moderate than in some other kinds of sea vegetables, particularly kelps.

Bladderwrack can be used in broth, soups and stews, and cooked with grains and vegetables to impart minerals and other nutrients.

This bladderwrack is certified organic, sustainably harvested, and samples are tested for heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides, petroleum residues, radioactivity, and microbiological concerns.
